Officina Gastronomica Resort arises from
Peppe Giuffrè’s desire to keep up a tradition,
to create a “taste lab” that has the will to
cradle its own guests, offering a wide survey
of speciality goods that reflect the history
and the cultural heritage of our country.
Far from the crowded town centre , in a
“low acoustic polluted” zone ideal for a relax
stay, the Resort originates by the renovation
of the stables of Villa Burgarella, a 19th
century ancient nobiliary residence, and it has
8 rooms, 3 restoration areas, 2 inner
courtyards, bar, internet point and reading
room.
